The Forever Brave Foundation offers a $5,000 award that can be used for tuition, college fees, and school supplies. We will award two scholarships per year to two deserving seniors at North Summit High School. The Foundation will work with the winning students to pay their chosen educational institutions directly.

The Process is Simple:

GPA of 2.5 or above

Overall ACT score of 12 or above

Eligible to graduate as a senior in 2026

Winners will be announced at the awards assembly on May 13th.

  1. List the extracurricular activities and/or hobbies that you enjoy outside of school. Of these activities, which two are your favorite? Describe why.

  2. Describe how your life has been affected by mental illness.

  3. Describe how you believe we can better raise awareness for mental illness in our community.

  4. Describe where you see yourself in 10 years and how this scholarship would help you get there.

  5. Describe how an education beyond high school would make a difference in your life.

  6. Please tell us about a friend or family member who has pursued a post high school education and how it has made a difference in their life.

  7. Who is your hero? Why?

  8. What is the one thing in your life that you are most proud of?

  9. If you could have lunch with any person, living or dead, who would you choose? Where would you have lunch? What would you order?

  10. When was the last time you genuinely laughed out loud? What made you laugh?
