Our Mission
The Forever Brave Foundation was created to support North Summit High School seniors as they take the next step into higher education, while also bringing greater awareness and understanding to mental health.
We believe that every student carries a story worth hearing. Some of those stories include experiences with mental illness - personally or through someone close to them - and those experiences often shape resilience, empathy, and strength in powerful ways.
Through two annual $5,000 scholarships
our goal is to make education more accessible for students who may not always fit the mold of traditional scholarship criteria, but who are deeply committed to continuing their education and building their future.
Our Selection Committee
is made up of North Summit High School alumni who understand both the value of education and the importance of mental health in shaping a life. We see ourselves in the students we support and we want to help them go further than they thought possible.
